ELDERSBURG — More than 90 high school special education students from across the county got to be just one of the group at the third-annual Inclusion Field Day on Nov. 12 at South Carroll High School.

John Perna, the county’s adapted physical education coordinator, introduced and coordinated the event three years ago after picking up the idea from the Baltimore County School System where he worked for more than 20 years. (See full story)
